<b>MICROWAVE:</b> <br> Cook product in the bag. Puncture food bag 2 or 3 times with a fork to vent. Cook each individual fillet 3 to 4 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes before serving. CAUTION: THE BAG AND CONTENTS WILL BE HOT AFTER COOKING! Remove bag carefully with potholders or oven mitts. You may also remove the product from the bag and place frozen fillet on a microwaveable dish lightly covered with plastic wrap or a dampened paper towel. Microwaves vary in power so find the optimum cooking time that's right for your microwave. Do not overheat or food may become tough and over-cooked. <br> <b>OVEN:</b> Remove product from the bag and place frozen fillet on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Cook in a preheated oven at 400F for no more than 18 minutes. Rotate pan in oven halfway through cooking.
