Chopped Skirt Steak with Eggs & Grits

Searching for a hearty breakfast for dinner option? Or perhaps a more protein based breakfast? Look no further, Beeniks! This dish comes together quickly and is perfect when you have some leftover protein on hand. This bowl packs quite the nutritional punch!



If you don’t have leftover steak from a pervious meal, marinate thawed steak with salt, freshly ground pepper and a little olive oil. Massage gently. Place on preheated grill for a couple minutes and flip. Cook to desired temperature. Heat polenta while the steak is cooking. Serve with a fried or poached egg on top!
