Classic French Chicken

This classic French Chicken recipe was posted by our friend at A Taste Of Koko. It is absolutely perfect for those who want to eat like a king but don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen.

It’s a quick variation on a chicken fricassée, using a classic French mirepoix to flavor the sauce. Classic French chicken in a white wine sauce under 30 minutes!


  • Beetnik chicken breast
  • 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted
  • 2 Carrots, diced
  • 1/2 Onion, diced
  • 2 Celery stalks, diced
  • 1/2 cup White wine
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • Spaghetti noodles, cooked
  • 2 sprigs Thyme



Sautee onions, carrots and celery with butter in a pot until slightly brown. Deglaze with white wine and chicken broth. Simmer for 10 minutes with thyme sprigs. Turn off heat and stir in heavy cream. Add cooked spaghetti noodles. Served with seared chicken breast.
