We took advantage of our freezer sale and transformed a cut of grass fed flank steak into three different dishes! Our test kitchen chef Nancy prepped the flank steak and went to town. Lunch was had by all!
First, marinate your flank steak in olive oil, salt and pepper. Lay on grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, until desired doneness is reached. Once it’s finished, let cool on a cutting board for 5 minutes and slice thinly.
