Gluten Free Rotini with Grass Fed Ground Beef & Spinach

Hearty and full of flavor, this pasta mix is sure to fill you and your family up. Grass fed ground beef, marinara sauce and spinach come together for this delectable and easy recipe. This pasta tastes even better the next day, so make sure to keep some for lunch!


  • 1 package of Rotini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • 3 packages of Marinara Sauce
  • 2 packages spinach
  • 1/4 cup shredded fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt  and pepper
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan



Cook pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Cook onion, garlic and red pepper flakes for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Grass Fed Beef and cook for about 5 minutes.

Stir in marinara sauce. Add spinach, basil and red pepper flakes; continue cooking 3 minutes. Adjust seasoning.

Drain pasta and add to pan and toss with beef mixture.

Top with Parmesan cheese.

NOTE:  This dish can also be made with Diced Chicken Breast and is equally delicious.
