Bite sized, tender and full of heart-healthy Omega 3 fatty acids, is there anything that a tenderloin tip can’t do?! We love grilling a couple packages of tips on Sunday so that we can quickly throw together salads and lunches during the week. They’re also perfect with eggs in the morning! Simply toss them in a skillet to warm up and enjoy your smoky, juicy tenderloin tips on a whim!
- 1-2 packages Tenderloin Tips
- 1-2 red, yellow or orange bell peppers
- summer squash, zucchini or your choice of veggies
- Chimichurri sauce for dipping & drizzling
We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: make sure your grill is clean! Simply close the grate once your finished cooking (while the grill is still hot) and use the grill brush to scape the grates clean. The next time you fire it up, brush the grates off again. Oiling the grate comes next. Oiling will help food easily move from the grill to your plate – no morsel will be left behind!
We used one of our favorite go-to marinades from this post and placed the tips on the grill for 3-4 minutes. We turned them once and let sit for another minute or two, until they reached a level of doneness that left us satisfied.
