Grilled Wild Caught Salmon with Citrus Sauce

Smoky, tangy and full of nutrients, this easy to create dish is basically summer on a plate. We suggest pairing it with a leafy, grilled vegetable like bok choy. It can be ready in 20 minutes, start to finish – which is perfect for a busy weeknight!



Citrus Sauce

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp grape seed oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


Heat the grill to medium-high. Rub the fillet with oil, salt and pepper. Place salmon skin side up for 4 minutes. Turn over and cook until opaque and flaky on top.

Place a saucepan over high heat and boil the orange and lime juice until they are reduced to a 1/2 cup. Remove from heat and whisk in Dijon mustard, oil and season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle sauce over warm salmon and enjoy!
