Perfect for a busy morning, these grass fed beef patties can be made in advance and paired your favorite breakfast items! They go exceptionally well with eggs!
- 1 1/2 lb Beetnik Grass Fed Ground Beef
- 5 tbsp garlic
- 5 tbsp sage (fresh or dried)
- 2 tbsp fennel
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 2 tbsp red pepper
- 5 tbsp salt
Blend all ingredients together and mix well your hands. Pat them into little circles and then flatten to your desired size. (If saving some for later, freeze between pieces of wax paper.) Place a skillet over medium high heat. [Tip: Cast iron skillets are perfect for these patties!] Add a touch of your favorite oil and cook the patties until the meat until the meat is no longer pink in the center. Serve with eggs or veggies!
