Some things are just meant to be together. Peanut butter and jelly. Salt and pepper. Coffee and more coffee. We’d venture to say that our all time favorite, spaghetti and meatballs, deserves to be on that list.
Our organic, gluten-free (even paleo!) meatballs have been known to stop even the staunchest meatball purists in their tracks. Since our grass fed meatballs include no breadcrumbs and are made up entirely of 100% organic ingredients, folks with food sensitivities flock to the frozen aisle and our website so that they can stock up on an easy, convenient option.
Those food sensitivities may include gluten allergies, we like switching it up and pairing our classic meatballs with spiralized zucchini, or “zoodles.” Simply purchase them already spiralized (like we did, from local Austin company Veggie Noodle Co.) or spiralize them yourself! Pop in the microwave or saute for 4-5 minutes with your olive oil, salt and pepper and add our marinara sauce and meatballs to the top. We like to spiralize 4-5 zucchinis on a Sunday afternoon and keep them in the fridge at work for an easy and complete meal that feels like it took much longer to prepare!
