One Week of Smoothie Recipes

If we had to make a list of all the reasons why all natural, fresh fruit and vegetable smoothies are good for you, we’d be here a for a little while. We could talk about how they’re an excellent source of minerals and vitamins or how it’s a delightfully sneaky way to pack your diet with more veggies. We could go on and on about how smoothies are a great way to improve your digestion and hydration levels or how they can even reduce sugar cravings.We could even mention the high levels of antioxidants, the renewed energy or mental clarity and focus – but we’ll leave that until after you’ve tried some of our quick, nutrient packed smoothie recipes.

Note: Depending on your nutritional goals, you can replace water with your choice of liquid, be it almond, soy, or coconut milk.

1: Strawberry-Banana w/ kale

  • ¾c water
  • 1c strawberries
  • 1T almonds
  • ½ banana
  • 2 kale leaves

2: Mango-Coconut w/ spinach

  • 1c mango
  • ¼ c water
  • ½c coconut milk
  •  ½c spinach

3: Blueberry-Banana Walnut w/ spinach

  • ¾c water
  • 1c blueberries
  • ½  banana
  • ¼c walnuts
  • ½c spinach

4: Peach-Blueberry-Almond w/ kale

  • 1 c water
  • 1c peaches
  • ½c blueberries
  • ¼c almonds
  • 2 kale leaves

5: Strawberry-Walnut w/ spinach

  • 1.5c strawberries
  • ¾c water
  • ¼c walnuts
  • ½c coconut milk
  • ½c spinach

6: Mixed Berry-Almond-Coconut

  • ¼c water
  • 1c mixed berries
  • ½c coconut milk
  • ¼c almonds

7: Mango-Strawberry w/ Coconut & Walnuts  

  • ¾c mango
  • ¾c strawberry
  • ½c water
  • ½c coconut milk
  • ¼c walnuts

8: Mango-Blueberry w/ Chia Seeds & Spinach 

  • 1c mango
  • ¼c blueberries
  • ¾c water
  • ¼c chia seeds
  • ¾c spinach
