The perfect gluten free comfort food, our organic, grass fed beef stroganoff elevates the idea of a frozen meal to new heights. Packed with our chef’s signature herb blend, the blend of cream, mushrooms and pasta really come together and set the stage for our perfectly seasoned grass fed ground beef.

The origin of Beef Stroganoff dates back to the 19th century, hailing from the family of Count Pavel Stroganoff. Known for being a lover of lavish dinner parties and gourmet food, Count Stroganoff loved the dish prepared with sour cream, beef and mushrooms – very similar to what we have today!

The low down on our ingredients? All organic, y’all! Take a look:

Oganic gluten free pasta (organic cornstarch, organic egg, organic tapioca flour, organic white rice flour, water, organic brown rice flour, organic non fat milk powder, organic potato flour, xanthan gum), water, organic grass fed beef, organic sour cream, organic onions, organic mushrooms, organic olive oil, organic garlic, organic parsley, sea salt, organic cornstarch, organic thyme, organic ground black pepper

You’ll notice that we don’t include any antibiotics or preservatives! If you’re thinking “this is too good to be true,” we have a challenge for you: can you pronounce every single word on our nutritional label? Do you recognize each ingredient as a whole, natural food? Notice the lack of  maltodextrin and sodium aluminum phosphate? (also, what IS that?!) The only preservative we use is a good ol’ fashioned freezer.
