Spring is in the air! We’ve transitioned from winter truffles to spring truffles and we couldn’t be more excited. We handcraft each quiche and take extreme care to make sure each individual baked good has the perfect balance of jarlsburg, truffle and cream.
Harvested in Burgundy, our black truffles were part of the first summer truffle pickings. Winter truffles from this region are known for their fierce, hazelnut aromas and dark color, whereas the summer truffles are softer and lighter in color. Highly fragrant and deep in flavor, these truffles are sliced and generously positioned in each quiche to guarantee maximum truffle delight!
