It’s here! The day of the big game! If you want to skip the chips and dip and impress your guests, take a peek inside your freezer and look for your favorite cut. We used tenderloin tips for this recipe, but any cut of beef will do!
- 1 12 oz package Beetnik Tenderloin Tips
- french baguette or ciabatta roll
- herbed goat cheese
- salt & pepper
- olive oil
Marinate the tenderloin tins in olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt and freshly ground pepper. Don’t forget, when grilling or pan-frying always use freshly cracked pepper. Pre-ground pepper loses it’s natural oils and can burn on a hot grill surface. Massage the steak and cook to desired doneness. Slice thinly.
Slice the bread diagonally and grill or bake until they become a golden color. Spread goat cheese and add your slices of steak to the top. Voila!
