Valentine’s Day just got a little bit sweeter! Prep this sweet sauce in advance and wow your Valentine by pairing it with our Nana Jean’s Gluten Free Cheesecake!
- 6 oz Beetnik Strawberries
- 2-4 Beetnik Gluten Free Cheesecakes
- 1 Tbsp fresh Lemon juice
- 1 oz powdered sugar ( about 1/2 cup)
Place a small saucepan over medium heat. Gently drop the frozen strawberries into the saucepan and stir until they are soft. Place in blender with lemon juice and sugar. Purée the strawberries. If you prefer a seedless sauce, strain and keep in the fridge until ready to serve. Drizzle on cheesecakes and enjoy!
