Quite possibly one of our favorite ways to change up our traditional holiday dinner, a roast chicken covers all of requirements. It’s organic, it’s light, it’s not very difficult to do! Spend less time in the kitchen and more time with friends and family!
What you’ll need:
- A Beetnik whole or half organic, free range chicken
- freshly ground pepper
- olive oil
- herbs de provence
What to do:
Simply follow the instructions in the video! Preheat oven to 375F. Combine Herbes de Provence with oil and rub over chicken. Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Roast the chicken for approximately 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165F. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
