Surprisingly elegant and full of rich, nutty flavors, this recipe proves our motto tried and true, “Simple ingredients. Refined flavor.” With only five ingredients, this recipe can be done in less than 20 minutes, from prep to plate!
- 2 Wild Caught Salmon fillets, skin on
- 1/24 cup walnut pieces, unsalted
- 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp honey
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Run the walnut pieces through a food processor until it becomes a fine, grain like consistency. Combine mustard, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk well. Using all of it, brush over salmon filets. Coat the salmon evenly with the walnuts. Place on parchment paper and put in oven for 10-12 minutes. Serve immediately.
