COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: Microwave cooking times may vary; instructions below based on 1,000 watts. 

Single Serve Meals

 

Microwave Oven – Remove entrée from sleeve.  Pull up one corner of film to vent.

From Frozen:

  1. Microwave on high for 2 & ½ minutes.
  2. Pull back film, stir, replace film.
  3. Microwave for an additional 1 minute or until hot.

From Thawed:

  1. Microwave on medium for 1 & ½ minutes.
  2. Pull back film, stir, replace film.
  3. Continue to microwave at 30 second intervals until hot.

Conventional Oven – Remove entrée from sleeve.  Remove plastic film.

From Frozen:

Cook in oven at 350° for 40-45 minutes.

From Thawed:

Cook in oven at 350° for 25-30 minutes.

Remove from microwave oven/conventional oven carefully.  Package may be hot.  Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

Grass Fed Beef Meatballs in a Resealable Pouch and Chicken Meatballs in Resealable Pouch

 

Microwave Oven – Arrange frozen meatballs on a microwave safe dish and cover with a microwave safe lid.  Cook on HIGH setting for 15 seconds per meatball until the internal temperature reaches 165° F.

Conventional Oven – Preheat oven to 375° F.  Arrange frozen meatballs on a cookie sheet and cook until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165° F, approximately 10 minutes.

Stovetop (with sauce) – Arrange frozen meatballs in a pan with sauce.  Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.  Simmer for approximately 15 minutes until meatballs reach a temperature of 165° F.

Meatballs with Marinara

 

Stove Top

Place the thawed meatballs and sauce into a pot and place the pot on the stove top.  Set the stove to medium heat.  Once the sauce comes to a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer.  Stir the meatballs and continue to cook for another 15 minutes until the meatballs reach a temperature of 165° F.

Microwave Oven

Place the thawed meatballs and sauce in a microwave safe container and cover.  Heat the meatballs on a medium-high setting for 20 seconds per meatball. Stir and continue to heat in 30 second increments until the meatballs reach a temperature of 165° F.
